Job summary

DataRobot is seeking a Senior Product Manager for infrastructure and platform services that power workloads on Kubernetes-based environments and accelerators. You will lead API design, workload placement, and tenancy models while coordinating across engineering pods and product teams.

The role emphasizes deep technical fluency in GPU/accelerator usage, Kubernetes internals, and a track record of shipping platform APIs with strong prototyping and technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management for infrastructure, developer platforms, or cloud services, with 3+ years on Kubernetes-based or distributed systems products.
• Deep technical understanding of GPU/accelerator behavior, topology-aware placement and memory constraints.
• Deep Kubernetes knowledge: API server, scheduler, controllers, CRDs, operators, RBAC, and node pools.

Responsibilities

• Own workload deployment API, including resource model, lifecycle semantics, versioning and backward compatibility.
• Own placement and capacity, tenancy isolation, and contention handling across tenants.
• Own scaling, autoscaling signals, cold start, and cost-latency trade-offs for customer-facing controls.
• Own agent runtime and lifecycle, isolation, state persistence, and recovery behaviors.
