The Senior Manager, Compliance Operations will build and sustain a high-integrity compliance program across the organization, partnering with commercial, medical, and corporate functions to ensure ethical behavior and regulatory accountability. The role reports to the VP, Compliance and requires technical expertise, collaboration, and a solutions-focused

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare/pharma compliance with transparency reporting experience
• Experience managing third-party funding processes (grants, sponsorships, memberships)
• Hands-on with aggregate spend tech platforms (Veeva Vault, Concur, MedPro, etc.)
• Familiarity with PDMA sample accountability requirements
• Experience delivering compliance training in LMS environments

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize aggregate spend reporting systems to ensure timely regulatory submissions
• Serve as SME on external funding compliance requirements and reviews
• Coordinate sample accountability programs per PDMA and state regs
• Develop and deliver healthcare compliance policies, SOPs, and trainings
• Identify gaps and provide solutions to address compliance risks
• Support special projects and cross-functional collaboration
