Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Security and Compliance Specialist to join our remote team supporting federal programs. You will serve as an experienced contributor responsible for security, risk management, and regulatory compliance across complex government technology programs.

Working with minimal oversight, you will collaborate with technical teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders to ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements while supporting successful program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Informatics/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience; 4+ years in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of RMF, FISMA and NIST SP 800-53 controls.

Responsibilities

• Support security and compliance across complex federal programs.
• Collaborate with technical teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and artifacts.
• Lead assessments, risk analyses, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and audit readiness.
