Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• 5–10 years in Commercial Operations, Sales, Proposal Management, Contract Management, Project Finance, or related field
• Experience leading commercial proposals and negotiating terms
• Experience evaluating commercial risk, pricing, cash flow, and obligations
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Sourcing, and Project teams
• Strong understanding of contract provisions and dispute resolution
• Travel up to 25% willingness

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial proposals and negotiate contracts to secure profitable opportunities
• Lead contract negotiations with customers, including key terms like liability, indemnities, warranties, insurance and liquidated damages
• Prepare proposals for RFQ/RFI/RFP opportunities with cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with risk policies and lead reviews of profitability, cash flow and risk
• Develop and analyze project cash flows, pricing strategy and profitability metrics
• Drive competitive pricing strategies balancing growth, risk and margins
• Prepare tender documentation and commercial deliverables for bidding
• Collaborate with GE Vernova teams to support market expansion and project execution
• Build knowledge of market trends and customer contracting strategies in Data Center and Energy Storage sectors
• Contribute to commercial strategy, policy deployment and process improvements
• Provide mentorship and lead small to medium commercial projects where appropriate
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholder decisions
• Identify process improvements for productivity and growth
