Position: REMOTE - Senior Commercial Flooring Sales Managers/Project Executives (Multiple Functions)

Location: REMOTE - National (Any U.S. City)
Compensation: $75k-$450k + No cap on experience (Industry Best)
Type: Full Time

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced Commercial Flooring Project executives across multiple functions, including Senior Account Executives, Senior Estimators, Senior Project Managers, Senior Facilities PM, Senior Maintenance AE's. Join our expanding national interior design construction division. This role is crucial for driving sales growth by building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored commercial flooring solutions.

(Note: We are primarily interested in candidates with experience in commercial projects, construction, or service, not distributor/manufacturing roles at this time.)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the commercial flooring market.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice on flooring options including carpet, resilient, and ceramic materials.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or project management/estimating within commercial flooring services and construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial flooring projects (e.g., carpet, resilient, ceramic, resinous, epoxy).
• Experience with estimating software is preferred for construction project managers/estimators.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
