Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with a current Bar license.
• 5–10 years of experience in commercial/transactional law and technology licensing.
• Experience advising on AI, ML, cloud computing, data privacy, and related regulatory matters.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across a range of commercial and technology agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology agreements (SaaS, data processing, MSAs, vendor contracts).
• Provide legal counsel on AI governance, responsible AI practices, and emerging AI regulation.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation strategies for new products and initiatives.
• Advise on data privacy, IP, and regulatory compliance in transactions and technology products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to structure deals and support product launches.
• Stay current on AI law and data protection developments and update documentation accordingly.
• Leverage AI tools and legal technology to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Support other legal areas as needed in employment law, litigation strategy, or risk management.
