Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of Commercial Liability claims experience, especially in litigated Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims.
• Active Adjusters License is preferred.
• Experience in TPA oversight capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TPA's handling of complex litigated claims.
• Assign cases to counsel and manage towards resolution.
• Conduct investigations into loss facts.
• Ensure adherence to company's Litigation Guidelines.
• Attend mediations and trials to support claim strategies.
