Job summary

ACM Global Central Laboratory is seeking a Clinical Trials Senior Project Manager to liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring trials align with the GLSD. You will oversee the full lifecycle from setup through closeout and coordinate critical functions across regions.

The role requires managing multiple protocols, significant contract values, and willingness to travel for investigator meetings and client events. Remote work in the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 3 years project management experience.
• 1 year experience in clinical trials, laboratory or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent ACM as the client's primary contact with high service and delivery precision.
• After training, manage 15–30 protocols with contract value over $6,000,000 and >144 PM hours/month.
• Lead the Sr Project Manager outputs across regional Project Managers.
• Mentor junior department members and teams.
• Review protocols and assist with setup functions as required.
• Develop Global Laboratory Specification Document and Investigator Manual.
• Participate in Quality Audits and inspections per policy.
• Analyze monthly project metrics and budget-related activity.
• Conduct investigator training sessions, including travel.
• Travel to client events and ACM international locations; passport required.
• Maintain regulatory study documentation and archiving per regulations.
• Contribute to SOP development as needed.
