Job summary

Brown University Health seeks a Senior Clinical Trials Data and Technology Analyst to lead complex analytics and data integration for the Center for Clinical Research Management. You will administer OnCore, eReg, REDCap, and related systems, and drive reporting architectures with Power BI and Snowflake.

This role requires 7+ years in clinical research tech, strong governance and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and the ability to mentor staff while partnering with diverse departments and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in research technology or analytics.
• Experience supporting enterprise clinical research systems and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of governance, validation, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Experience with OnCore, eReg, REDCap, and related systems.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Independently administers, configures, supports, and optimizes clinical research applications.
• Designs, develops, and maintains operational, regulatory, financial, and executive reporting.
• Develops data pipelines, integrations, and automated workflows for quality data.
• Leads validation activities and ensures regulatory compliance across systems.
• Mentors analysts and coordinates technology projects with stakeholders.
