Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree required.
• 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager/Operations Leader.
• Ability to travel up to 25% with a valid passport.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and provide direction to Clinical Research Associates and site management team members throughout the full study lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary Site Management representative for clinical monitoring and site activities across assigned projects.
• Act as a sponsor-facing contact, building partnerships and ensuring effective communication during study execution.
• Oversee monitoring deliverables to support study objectives, quality, and budget requirements.
• Identify and manage out-of-scope activities and communicate impacts and solutions.
