Job summary

DNV GL USA, INC. seeks a Clinical Surveyor to work remotely from anywhere in the Continental U.S., with travel to customer sites up to 100% of the time.

You will join the Healthcare Division to promote quality improvement through ISO 9001 and NIAHO accreditation standards. As part of the survey team, you will evaluate provider compliance, prepare reports on nonconformities and risks, and engage with staff to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Survey healthcare organizations across the United States to determine compliance.
• Prepare management reports on nonconformities and potential risks.
• Communicate findings with staff and guide improvement opportunities.
• Attend ongoing training and participate in DNV activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the healthcare survey team ensuring provider compliance with guidelines.
• Work independently to survey healthcare organizations throughout the United States.
• Apply analysis to determine degree of compliance with ISO standards.
• Supervise and mentor other survey team members where applicable.
• Attend scheduled educational calls and complete required training.
