Job summary

DNV GL USA is seeking a Clinical Surveyor to work remotely within the Continental U.S. with travel to customer sites up to 100%. You will join a healthcare survey team to assess provider compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards.

Responsibilities include independent surveying of organizations, analyzing compliance levels, and preparing management reports. You may supervise team members and participate in ongoing training and education as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Participate as a member of the healthcare survey team to ensure provider compliance with guidelines, principles and written instructions.
• Survey healthcare organizations across the United States independently.
• Apply analysis to determine degree of compliance with ISO standards.
• Prepare management reports on nonconformities and potential risks.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare staff and provide guidance to team members.
• Supervise work and training of other survey team members where applicable.
• Attend scheduled calls and complete ongoing trainings.

Responsibilities

• Survey healthcare organizations across the United States to assess compliance with standards.
• Analyze provider practices to determine degree of ISO alignment and risk points.
• Prepare management reports detailing nonconformities and vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with staff to discuss findings and opportunities for improvement.
• Where applicable, supervise and mentor other survey team members.
