Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist to lead clinical trial strategies for US and EU regions. You will design studies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive milestones across multiple diagnostic modalities.

The role supports Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and Life Sciences within Danaher Diagnostics, offering remote options and strong collaboration with multinational teams. Eligible for bonus/incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with 9+ years in clinical research.
• In-depth understanding of clinical study design and methodology in diagnostics/medical devices/pharma.
• Experience with US/EU trials and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to oversee study protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Design clinical studies and evidence strategies for global regulatory submissions (FDA/CE).
• Act as scientific liaison with regulators, key opinion leaders, and sites.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Author and review clinical and regulatory documents to support clearance and commercialization.
• Mentor junior scientists and stay updated on evolving regulatory standards.
