Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Principal Clinical Scientist to lead clinical trial strategies for US/EU markets. The role emphasizes design of studies, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to drive regulatory submissions and product commercialization.

You will mentor junior scientists, review technical files, and stay abreast of evolving regulatory standards in diagnostic technologies. Remote work options are available with potential onsite in select locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with 9+ years of clinical research experience.
• Master’s degree with 12+ years, or Doctoral degree with 4+ years in US/EU trials.
• Strong knowledge of clinical study design for US/EU markets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design clinical studies and evidence strategies for global regulatory submissions.
• Serve as scientific liaison with regulatory bodies and external sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Author and review clinical and regulatory documents to support clearance and commercialization.
• Mentor junior scientists and stay current with regulatory standards and diagnostic technologies.
