Job summary

SmarterDx is hiring a Senior Manager of Clinical Experience to oversee the Prebill CDI strategy and lead a team of Clinical Experience Managers. You will translate vision into client engagement, drive adoption, and improve documentation integrity workflows across multiple hospitals.

You will collaborate with Cross-functional teams to route insights, address clinical validity, and advance education, adoption, and workflow improvements in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/PA/NP or RN credential and CDI understanding.
• Expertise in inpatient CDI, ICD-10-CM/PCS, HCCs and CMS rules.
• Translate insights into scalable business, product and education strategies.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing complex client relationships with clinical credibility.
• Ability to simplify clinical, regulatory and technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Clinical Experience Managers.
• Translate strategy into Prebill team plans and execution across clients.
• Oversee client engagements and ensure CDI workflows align with goals.
• Develop tiered engagement models with measurable clinical impact.
• Provide clinical oversight for priority engagements and escalations.
• Use data to identify patterns and drive education and workflow actions.
• Explain AI-driven recommendations within compliant documentation workflows.
