This role blends clinical expertise with healthcare technology to engage clinicians and ensure our platform meets their needs. As a remote-first position within the US, you’ll help hospitals realize 100% chart accuracy for revenue integrity, maximize

Qualifications

• MD, RN, or another clinical credential.
• Deep familiarity with ICD-10, HCC coding and payer requirements.
• Proven ability to engage with prospects and translate clinical concepts into business impact.
• Distill CDI topics into clear, compelling messaging for clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Interest in AI transforming CDI and revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Explain and demonstrate AI-powered CDI and revenue cycle solutions to healthcare leaders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to refine documentation workflows for clients.
• Create educational materials and curricula for CDI specialists to review AI recommendations.
• Engage client CDI leaders to build trust and address concerns with advanced CDI knowledge.
