Job summary

Nuvodia, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Clinical Applications to administer, demonstrate, implement, train and support multiple clinical applications for our Healthcare Solutions team. This role focuses on improving workflows and system operations across RIS, PACS, EMR/EHR, and related health IT environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in radiology workflows, experience with vendor systems, and the ability to lead deployments, create test plans, and deliver training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of experience supporting radiology information systems.
• Five+ years of experience supporting a PACS.
• Five+ years of experience supporting a voice recognition application.
• Five+ years of experience in radiology workflow (RIS/PACS/EMR).
• Five+ years of IT project/implementation management experience.
• Experience in a radiology office or medical facility.
• Post-offer pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with departments, clients, and vendors.
• Analyzes structure/workflow to improve system operations.
• Develops test plans and test data; tests new functions.
• Creates training and workflow documents.
• Leads radiology-based implementations.
• Provides application support and troubleshooting.
• Monitors clinical applications for performance.
• Designs workflows and data flows with customer systems.
