Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Client Services Analyst to provide comprehensive support for FraudCapture® client users. This role focuses on understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service, including user training and maintaining help documentation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in healthcare fraud investigation, strong customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience detecting and investigating healthcare fraud.
• 2+ years providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create training materials.
• Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive support to FraudCapture® client users.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop help documentation.
• Act as the client’s first point of contact for troubleshooting issues.
• Help clients resolve complex technical problems.
