Job summary

Roc Search partners with an established multi-state civil engineering firm building a Dallas division. This fully remote role focuses on commercial site development and managing projects end-to-end, from concept through construction.

You will own client relationships, coordinate with municipalities, manage scopes and budgets, and mentor engineers as the office scales. PE in TX is preferred and Civil 3D proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering and a PE (Texas preferred).
• 10+ years in site civil or land development.
• Strong commercial site experience: grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
• Consulting PM experience managing budgets, schedules, and clients.
• Civil 3D proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial site civil and land development projects from concept through construction.
• Own client relationships and municipal/agency coordination.
• Handle scopes, fees, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead and mentor engineers and designers.
• Drive permitting and QA/QC, and support BD as the division grows.
