Job summary

PSR Talent Solutions is seeking a Site Engineer (PE) to join an established Texas team delivering civil engineering projects across the state. You will blend design with project delivery and client interaction, taking responsibility from planning through construction.

The role involves budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and construction administration, with direct communication to contractors and clients. A Texas PE license and 4+ years of site development experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Texas PE licence.
• At least four years of site development experience.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D; hydrology/hydraulics knowledge.
• Familiarity with Texas design standards and permitting processes.
• Confidence managing deliverables and communicating with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil engineering designs for site development projects in Texas.
• Own tasks from initial planning and design through to construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to move projects forward.
• Review design information, coordinate inputs and ensure quality.
• Involve permitting, site visits and construction-related queries.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to project portfolio growth.
