Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Austin, TX seeks a seasoned Channel Marketing Specialist to develop and execute partner marketing plans with System Integrators in our video security and access control programs. You will drive demand, track ROI, manage budgets, and create compelling content while collaborating with sales and regional marketing to grow partner loyalty.

The role requires 6+ years in channel marketing, strong communication, and travel up to 25%; base salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of channel marketing experience.
• 5+ years in B2B technology is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Background in CRM reporting and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to connect sales and marketing to unify goals.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal and external relationships to execute on partner marketing initiatives.
• Drive strategy, planning and execution of marketing through SIs.
• Track and report on campaign metrics to drive future strategy and direction.
• Manage partner budget and MDF to focus on high-impact programs with greatest ROI.
• Identify, create and manage content that enables partners to promote and sell our products.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, channel account managers, channel operations and regional marketing on initiatives.
• Plan and host partner-facing events including partner conferences and webinars.
• Provide support and answer partner marketing inquiries.
