Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Technical Compliance Engineer to join a growing cybersecurity and product certification client in the United States. This fully remote role is ideal for an experienced engineer with expertise in regulatory compliance, Common Criteria certifications, and CE marking requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and certification teams to assess compliance risks, prepare documentation, and support external audits and certifications to ensure readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with Common Criteria, product certifications, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of CE marking requirements, EU directives, and international compliance standards.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, risk assessments, conformity assessments, and certification processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, compliance, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate products against Common Criteria requirements and certification frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and certification teams to assess compliance risks.
• Apply CE marking requirements and EU directives for global market readiness.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation and conformity declarations.
• Advise internal teams and support audits and certification activities.
