Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 15+ years of capital project experience.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams on large capital programs.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or Paper Converting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client interface for major capital programs and define scope.
• Oversee large, multi-discipline capital projects from concept to startup.
• Provide executive oversight for internal teams and vendors.
• Oversee project controls including scope, risk, schedule, cost.
• Direct procurement and contracting strategies including T&M, Lump Sum, GMP.
• Coordinate with construction management for installation and startup.
• Drive continuous improvement and business development activities.
• Travel approximately 25–35%.
