Job summary

The Foth Companies seeks an Engineering Project Manager – Consumer Products to lead capital and improvement projects for manufacturing clients in the Food & Beverage industry. You will be the primary client interface from scope through start-up, ensuring delivery on time and budget.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate vendors, and uphold safety standards while driving project completion within contractual requirements. Travel is expected about 25–35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing/food & beverage.
• Capital project experience and multi-discipline team leadership.
• Experience as primary client interface on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope development, proposal support, issue resolution, and client relationship management.
• Plan and execute multi-discipline capital projects within budget and schedule.
• Direct and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment and installation services.
• Support installation, start-up activities, and coordinate OEMs/contractors.
• Promote safety plan adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Travel approximately 25–35%.
