Qualifications

• 12+ years of application development experience.

• 7+ years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL.
• 7+ years of experience maintaining legacy or enterprise systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Application Maintenance & Support across CA Plex-based apps.
• Troubleshoot production issues, defects, and data anomalies.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Provide support for critical system issues as needed.
• Design and implement enhancements within the CA Plex model.
• Modify business rules, screens, and workflows.
• Ensure updates align with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Develop queries and data extracts for reporting.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Document system changes and technical processes.
• Support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
