Job summary

Revance Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Sr. Buyer/Planner to plan, revise and execute the Master Production Schedule across product groups, ensuring timely finished goods and strong collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Sales and Operations.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, materials management, procurement and inventory control, with a track record in chemicals/packaging or contract manufacturing preferred. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years' directly related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement/planning principles, theories, and processes.
• Hands-on, organized, detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan Master Production Schedule (MPS) and execute production orders to meet demand.
• Review MPS for changes, shortages, and interruptions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain economic order quantities and coordinate MOQs with suppliers.
• Execute MRP by placing and managing purchase orders to vendors/CMOs.
• Maintain open POs, monitor ETAs, and assist AP with PO-to-invoice issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to secure suppliers and resolve issues.
• Manage inventories to meet production goals and communicate with vendors.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers and ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Monitor inventory turns and optimize stock levels; analyze MPS/MRP data in ERP/IBP.
