Job summary

LendSure Mortgage Corp. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to bridge business needs with our Encompass loan origination system. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and the tech team to translate requirements into actionable development work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years working with Encompass and strong knowledge of mortgage workflows. The position supports remote work, with onsite availability at our San Diego headquarters when needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with Encompass in a technical, analytical, business systems, administrative, development, or implementation capacity strongly preferred.
Significant experience in business analysis, project management, systems analysis, product ownership, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending workflows and the loan origination lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to gather complex requirements from business users and translate them into clear, detailed technical and functional specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand how a proposed system change may affect multiple workflows, teams, and processes.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholder groups.
Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, business users, operations teams, and technical personnel.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and our Encompass development team.
Gather, analyze, document, and refine business and functional requirements for Encompass enhancements and integrations; translate into user stories and specs.
Manage projects from discovery to deployment and post-implementation review.
Coordinate with developers, including third-party vendors, to clarify requirements throughout the lifecycle.
Organize and support user acceptance testing and release notes coordination.
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
