Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) for a remote role serving the Americas. The position requires 5+ years of BA experience focusing on Finance and/or Supply Chain cycles and strong stakeholder communication.

You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to define requirements, map processes, and support end-to-end ERP implementations. This role emphasizes UAT leadership, data validation, and post-production support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of Finance business processes.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.
• Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.
• Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Experience with functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Support solution design and collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead UAT activities, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, and deployment and post-production support.
