Job summary

Providge Consulting, LLC seeks a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead Oracle HCM, EPM and payroll transformation for a higher education client. This 6-month contract offers primarily remote work with occasional on-site campus visits.

You will partner with HR, Finance, IT and vendors to map current processes, define requirements, and drive discovery through implementation, balancing business needs with system capabilities and program governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BA/PM or similar functional tech role.
• Experience with enterprise HR/payroll and ERP/HCM implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud apps and/or comparable platforms.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution planning with HR and IT.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners.
• Manage timelines, risks, and go-live readiness.
• Support change management and post-go-live activities.
