Maximus is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to translate stakeholder needs into clear system requirements and high-quality deliverables. You will collaborate with the development team on SQL-based reporting, user stories, and test criteria.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalency accepted in lieu of degree.
• Medicaid Enterprise Systems experience highly desired.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports and surveys.
• Publish results for internal and external clients.
• Develop and maintain requirements, business processes, and production support.
• Translate stakeholder needs into system requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop functional test cases and coordinate with QA and development teams.
