This role will serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested and aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience in tech and transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps or comparable Agile work management platforms.
• Experience creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Proven process mapping, workflow documentation, and business process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with functional testing, defect management, and UAT coordination.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with Development, QA, Product, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain Azure DevOps work items, features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with priorities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Analyze existing processes, develop current-state and future-state documentation.
• Create process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow diagrams.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for operational effectiveness.
• Develop test plans, test scripts, and testing scenarios.
• Perform hands-on functional testing and validate stories against acceptance criteria.
• Log and track defects; lead and coordinate UAT sessions with stakeholders.
