Seneca Resources Company, LLC seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead cross-functional IT initiatives within the accounting team. The role bridges business needs with technical solutions, coordinating requirements, testing, data, and governance across stakeholders.

You will partner with leaders and end users to standardize processes, drive automation, and ensure controls and compliance while guiding projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in business systems analysis, software implementation, or related roles.
• Experience leading or contributing to system implementations from planning through deployment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from initiation to deployment and stabilization.
• Coordinate governance, risk, and controls with IT, Legal, Procurement, and audit.
• Manage requirements, testing, data, reporting, and integrations.
• Serve as liaison between business, IT vendors, and governance functions.
