Job summary

Sanity.io is seeking a Senior Designer to elevate our brand across campaigns, events, social, web, and conferences. You’ll translate complex product positioning into visually compelling experiences that stand out in a crowded B2B landscape. You’ll work with the Sr.

Creative Director of marketing to build scalable design systems, create reusable templates, and shepherd assets from concept to production. If you love typography, UI/UX, and AI-assisted workflows, this role is for you.

Qualifications

8+ years in marketing design, brand design, or a similar role.
Portfolio showing range: campaign work, event design, social, digital, and print.
Strong core skills in typography, layout, and color; fluency in Figma and the Adobe suite.
Understanding of motion graphics is a plus.
Web UI/UX mastery with component-based design systems and responsive layouts.
Ability to juggle multiple projects with fast turnarounds and handle feedback well.

Responsibilities

Create marketing assets across the full range: campaign visuals, social media graphics, web and landing page graphics, sales collateral, digital ads, out of home, decks, swag, and print.
Drive the design of our web presence by creating high-converting, responsive landing pages and interactive digital experiences that align with our brand design system and optimize user engagement.
Define and evangelize a cohesive web UI/UX design language that scales across our digital properties, ensuring intuitive navigation and high-performing components.
Help build and steward the Sanity brand: apply consistently, push it forward, and protect it where it matters.
Own event design end to end: booths, banners, signage, badges, slides, and swag for conferences, sponsorships, and hosted events.
Design for social: reusable templates plus one-off pieces for launches and moments worth showing off.
Partner with Sr. Creative Director on launches, translating positioning into visuals that make people stop scrolling.
Build and maintain shared asset libraries and templates so the team ships faster.
Collaborate with other designers in marketing to elevate the brand into the future.
Iterate based on asset performance and sharpen the next round; travel occasionally to support flagship events.
