Untied Business Solutions is a fully remote bookkeeping firm serving small and midsize U.S. businesses. The role focuses on delivering reliable, full-cycle bookkeeping, building trusted client relationships, and communicating financials clearly.

You will manage a portfolio of 10–15 clients, perform reconciliations, support year-end close, and coordinate with CPAs. The team offers structured workflows, ongoing support, and growth opportunities within a collaborative, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Must be QuickBooks ProAdvisor Level 1 certified.
• 7–10+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Experience supporting year-end close and tax prep with CPAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 10–15 SMB clients using QuickBooks Online.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, credit card, assets and liabilities.
• Prepare reconciled financial statements and review with clients.
• Maintain proactive client communication via monthly emails and calls.
• Track time and manage workload within client-hour allocations.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve complex bookkeeping questions.
