Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to join a fully remote construction technology team. You will develop BIM strategies, create and manage complex 3D models, and implement best practices for collaboration and data management across projects.

The ideal candidate has at least six years of BIM coordination experience, expert Revit and Navisworks skills, a strong grasp of the construction lifecycle, and excellent remote communication to support multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in BIM coordination and management, with a focus on construction applications.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other related platforms.
• Strong understanding of the entire construction project lifecycle and the role of BIM.
• Experience with 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) BIM applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to train and mentor others in BIM technologies.
