Job summary

BJC HealthCare (New) is seeking a Senior Compliance Coordinator responsible for conducting reviews of specialty provider documentation to ensure accuracy of billing services. The role also involves educating providers on compliance with federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with EXCEL and MS Publisher. This position offers remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare compliance or auditing.
• CCS or CPC certification preferred.
• RHIA or RHIT certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conducts reviews of specialty provider documentation for billing accuracy.
• Develops and presents training on coding and compliance.
• Interacts with specialty providers regarding billing policies.
• Researches and analyzes coding issues based on the reviews.
• Mentors fellow coordinators in the audit process.
