Privia Health is seeking a Sr. Care Center Support Billing Specialist to assist our physician network with billing and claims resolution in a remote, high-volume call center.

You will handle email and phone inquiries, triage cases, and provide guidance on complex billing issues. Candidates should have 2+ years in a call center, familiarity with healthcare billing, and ideally experience with athenaOne EHR, Salesforce or a CRM, plus proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets and web apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time call center customer service experience.
• Familiar with healthcare billing and claim resolution.
• AthenaOne EHR experience preferred.
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volume inquiries via email/phone.
• Assist with triaging case volumes.
• Provide resolution guidance on complex claims/billing inquiries; include holds, overrides, and corrected claim workflows.
