Zusammenfassung

CVS Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to advance Power BI-based analytics for the commercial sales team. You will design dashboards, translate requirements into scalable reports, and partner with analysts, IT, and business stakeholders to improve decision support.

The role emphasizes data modeling, governance, and analytics maturity across the organization. This remote or hybrid position in the US offers the chance to apply AI-enabled analytics to transform business outcomes

Qualifikationen

Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales analytics or business intelligence.
Partner with senior sales leadership to define KPIs and improve forecasting.
Strong technical capability in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and data visualization.

Aufgaben

Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations to support sales insights.
Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality.
Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
