Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to deliver analytics solutions and lead a BI team. You will partner with business leaders to define metrics, dashboards, and data models that enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will oversee data quality, governance, and self-service analytics using Epic Cogito and Power BI, guiding analysts, developers, and architects to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Experience delivering enterprise BI solutions and analytics.
Healthcare analytics, informatics, or related field preferred.
Ability to manage a product roadmap and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong data governance, data quality, and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

Lead design sessions for new metrics, dashboards, and data sets.
Collaborate between business users and developers to align data solutions with needs.
Mentor analysts and coordinate upgrades of analytics tools.
Ensure data quality and validation before delivery to customers.
Develop self-service datasets using Epic Cogito SlicerDicer or Power BI.
