Job summary

Arcadia Financial Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to design and maintain Power BI dashboards that inform executive decisions across Marketing, Financial Planning, Tax, Client Service, and Operations. You will partner with leadership, translate complex questions into actionable analytics, ensure data quality, and drive automation and self-service reporting to help the firm scale.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in BI, reporting, dashboards, or data visualization.
• Strong Power BI experience and ability to develop interactive dashboards.
• Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for operational and executive decisions.
• Translate business requirements into dashboards aligned with leadership objectives and success metrics.
• Monitor data quality across systems and collaborate with departments to improve accuracy.
• Maintain reporting documentation, standards, and logic to ensure long-term usability.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and reduce manual work.
• Continuously evaluate reporting effectiveness and propose enhancements.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand needs and promote self-service adoption.
