Jack Henry is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and modernize our Windows application. You will contribute to technical design, implement reliable software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

This remote role requires residency within ~70 miles of Allen, TX, and does not sponsor immigration. The salary range is $105,900–$145,000 and will be determined by location and experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Go, Java, SQL, and microservices.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting scalable backend services.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Performs and may lead system analysis and programming activities delivering software into production.
• Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery to retirement.
• Develops, tests and reviews applications based on business requirements.
• Creates and modifies code following best practices and standards.
• Assesses impact of code changes on end users and internal teams.
• Reviews code and coordinates with QA for timely, high-quality releases.
• Leads cross-team collaboration and project tasks as needed.
• Defines and documents technical standards and contributes to product architecture.
