Qualifications

• 6 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Go, Java, SQL, and microservices.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting scalable backend services.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Performs and may lead system analysis and programming activities delivering software into production.
• Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery to retirement.
• Develops, tests and reviews applications based on requirements and best practices.
• Creates and modifies code using established standards and guidance.
• Considers impact of changes on end users and internal teams.
• Reviews code created by junior team members where applicable.
• Collaborates with QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Works on cross-team projects as needed and leads critical tasks with defined timelines.
• Participates in team meetings and documentation of standards.
• Stays updated with emerging technologies and recommends improvements to processes.
