Zusammenfassung

Truelogic is seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer/MLOps to join a Marketplace team working at the intersection of full-stack product engineering and machine learning operations. You will build backend systems powering search, ranking, and matching, while supporting ML pipelines, feature stores, and real-time data infrastructure.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy ML capabilities into production reliably and at scale, tackling complex backend and infrastructure

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend or full-stack focus.
• Proficiency in at least one of Go, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on MLOps experience with production ML systems and tools such as Vertex AI, MLflow, Kubeflow.
• Experience with feature stores and SQL data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure; GCP preferred).
• Strong debugging, ownership mindset, and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain full-stack features across marketplace products, including search, ranking, and user-facing experiences.
• Develop and support ML Ops infrastructure, including deployment pipelines, feature stores, real-time data pipelines, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to bring ML models into production reliably and at scale.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to technical planning and break down complex problems into executable tasks.
• Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues across systems.
• Work with data/feature pipelines, SQL, and experimentation frameworks.
• Communicate progress clearly and collaborate with distributed teams across time zones.
