Rechat Inc. is seeking a backend engineer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will architect and maintain core services for CRM and Marketing, build scalable data models, and optimize database operations using Node.js and PostgreSQL.

You will design robust APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to engineering culture. Five to seven years of relevant experience or a degree mix is expected, with competitive compensation and a flexible remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and maintain core backend services powering CRM and Marketing platforms.
