Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Senior Software Engineers to support an AI training project by creating reinforcement learning environments and evaluating AI models on complex software tasks using MCP tools. This contractor role is remote and ~15 hours per week, with tasks spanning bug fixing, feature implementation, refactoring, and performance optimization.

You will design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions to help assess and improve coding ability,

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript for building RL environments.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience debugging complex software issues.
• Experience with feature implementation and codebase refactoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create reinforcement learning environments for software tasks.
