Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred (Accounting or MBA).
• CIA or CPA preferred.
• At least four years of internal and/or external auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits across business areas, assess controls, develop audit programs, and document work per standards (50%).
• Identify control weaknesses, lead meetings with management, and deliver actionable audit reports to senior leadership (20%).
• Drive agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within the internal audit function (15%).
• Conduct follow-up reviews to verify resolution of audit findings and assess corrective actions (10%).
• Execute special projects delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with priorities (5%).
