Job summary

Nexus Global Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Asset Management Engineer to bridge asset strategy with software development and client success. You will lead CMMS/EAM integrations and guide AI-driven APM initiatives while delivering high-impact training to client teams.

You will collaborate with software developers, drive reliability engineering practices such as RCm, FMEA, and RCA, and help customers achieve data-driven maintenance and asset optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 5–7 years in a reliability engineering role with asset data systems experience
• Direct experience with CMMS/EAM systems and APM platforms such as Optimizer Suite, GE/Meridium, Bentley, AspenTech, AVEVA

Responsibilities

• Lead as Asset Management SME and translate concepts into APM/AI features
• Guide CMMS/EAM integrations with advanced APM software
• Influence product roadmaps to address reliability challenges
• Serve as client focal point for technical solutions and goals
• Design and deliver comprehensive APM training programs
• Lead change management during deployment to proactive maintenance
• Lead RCm, FMEA, RCA to refine asset strategies
• Analyze asset health data and recommend maintenance strategies
