Job summary

Mavensoft Technologies, LLC is seeking a Sr. ASIC/SoC Design verification Engineer for a fully remote, 8-month W2 contract.

The role covers verification strategy for a high-throughput modem and DSP-intensive beamformer, spanning IP, subsystem, and full SoC levels, with AI-enabled testbench generation and data-driven coverage closure. The Senior Verification Engineer will own verification planning, develop environments, and mentor junior staff, with background in wireless/modem DSP verification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 7+ years equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in ASIC/SoC functional verification.

Responsibilities

• Own verification planning and execution for complex blocks and subsystems from test plan through sign-off.
• Translate design specifications into verification strategies, coverage goals, and high-risk scenarios.
• Select verification methods including constrained-random, formal analysis, and directed testing.
• Develop verification environments, scoreboards, monitors, coverage components and assertions.
• Drive functional coverage closure, regression health and sign-off readiness across sims and formal results.
• Build verification infrastructure, CI/regression, and reuse strategy across IP, subsystem, and SoC levels.
• Apply AI-assisted verification capabilities for stimulus generation, regression triage, and coverage analytics.
• Review testbench architecture and mentor junior engineers in verification methodology.
