Ladders is seeking a Senior Architect (Licensed Building Architect) for a remote US-based Data Centers role. Lead design for hyperscale and colocation projects from concept to construction, ensuring performance, scalability, and code compliance.

Partner with internal and external teams to deliver integrated solutions and mentor junior staff. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Architecture, an active US architectural license, and experience with BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Active U.S. Architectural license preferred
• LEED accreditation preferred

Mansioni

• Lead architectural design for hyperscale data center projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to create integrated design solutions.
• Develop and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for compliance.
• Manage coordination with consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities.
• Serve as the architectural SME for operational efficiency and scalability.
