Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in Information Systems Technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology liaison for assigned functional areas and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Analyze, design, develop, configure, integrate, and enhance scalable business applications with emphasis on standards, security, and reliability.
• Provide technical direction on architecture, development approaches, integrations, and complex problem resolution.
• Lead application development initiatives with defined scope, estimates, milestones, dependencies, and risks; coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, conduct code reviews, support user acceptance testing, and secure approvals.
• Coordinate deployments, monitor post-implementation performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, documentation, procedures, and end-user training materials.
• Establish coding, source control, documentation, and quality practices; evaluate tools and technologies.
• Coach junior developers, provide feedback, and share best practices to raise team capability.
• Manage multiple assignments with quality while participating in off-hours support and critical processes.
